Why I Created THE LIST

I created THE LIST with one clear goal:
to build a premier real estate brokerage experience—one that simply does everything better.

After more than 30 years as a top-producing real estate professional, I saw a gap in the market. Many brokerages were doing parts of the business well, but very few were delivering excellence across strategy, service, marketing, negotiation, and construction knowledge—all at the highest level.

I wanted to raise the standard.
